SHIPPING&RETURNS

GENERAL:

1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the provided preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipping costs, which are considered product shipping expenses, will be borne by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization indicated by the buyer at the address specified, within a maximum of 30 days from the order date. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is obligated to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

1. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

1. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer has been used fraudulently by unauthorized individuals and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s shipping expense.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

1. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur, preventing the timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, a substitution with a similar product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, and payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

1. Before accepting the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer must inspect them; they will not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the shipping company, such as those that are dented, broken, or with torn packaging. It will be deemed that the goods/services accepted are undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must take care to preserve the goods/services carefully. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

1. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the seller via the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

1. If the purchased product is a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. In contracts for services where the execution has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
2. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
3. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to provide written notification to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions regarding “Products Not Subject to the Right of Withdrawal” stipulated in the contract.

USAGE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

1. If the invoice for the product being returned is issued to an institution, it must be sent back together with the return invoice prepared by the institution. Returns for orders invoiced to institutions will not be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
2. The return form, along with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products being returned, must be delivered completely and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

1. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the buyer under obligation within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. Additionally, the seller must receive the returned goods within 20 days.
2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for the damages proportional to the buyer’s fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and damages arising from the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
3. If the exercise of the right of withdrawal results in falling below the limit amount of a campaign organized by the seller, the discount amount enjoyed under the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

1. Underwear, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms that are prepared according to the buyer’s request or explicitly personal needs and are not suitable for return, makeup products, disposable items, products that may spoil quickly or have a potential expiration date, items whose packaging is opened by the buyer after delivery, products that mix with others post-delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, goods related to periodic publications like newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in electronic form, or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately, including audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables that have been unsealed by the buyer are not returnable according to the Regulation. Furthermore, it is also not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services initiated with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, according to the Regulation.
2. For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), the packaging must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and not tested in order for returns to be accepted.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

1. If the buyer defaults in payment transactions made by credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and will be liable to the bank. In such a case, the relevant bank may resort to legal action; it can demand the incurred costs and attorney fees from the buyer, and in any event of the buyer’s default, the buyer agrees to pay for the damages suffered by the seller due to the delayed performance of the obligation.
