DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES:

• Buyer
 

2. SUBJECT:
The subject of this agreement is the distance sales contract concluded between the parties regarding the order placed by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
 

3. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT:
By accepting this agreement, the Buyer declares that they are placing an order to purchase the products offered by the Seller. The agreement covers each order made by the Buyer through the website.
 

4. PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PRICES:
The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the specifications, prices, and delivery times of the ordered products as stated on the website.
 

5. PAYMENT TERMS:
The Buyer shall pay the product price using the specified payment method. Payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer, or EFT, as provided on the website.
 

6. DELIVERY:
The Seller will deliver the products to the address specified by the Buyer, within the legal period of 30 days. If the products are not delivered within the delivery time, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
 

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/entity indicated. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email at admin@darcivm.com.
 

8. RETURN CONDITIONS:
In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must return the product within 14 (fourteen) days. The returned products must be complete, undamaged, and unused.
 

9. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the Buyer defaults on payment when paying by credit card, they accept that they will incur interest according to the credit card agreement with the bank. The relevant bank may pursue legal action; they can demand any resulting costs and attorney fees from the Buyer. In any case of the Buyer defaulting due to unpaid debt, the Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for any damages incurred due to the delay in fulfilling the obligation.
